At Better Together Mental Health Services, we see children, teens, adults and families. We help identify the core issues that are bringing about concerning behaviors/feelings and help our clients not only manage symptoms but thrive! We do this through helping our clients process feelings, identify triggers and develop appropriate coping skills. We also
utilize EMDR and Brainspotting. Being human can be hard sometimes! However, with support and the right tools, one can navigate changes, heal from past trauma, gain control over one's thoughts/feelings and thrive in their lives. Don't do life alone. Groups
Anger Management 12 week group
We have two separate Anger management groups; one for adults and one for teens 14-17 y.o. This is a 12 week group facilitated by our staff, utilizing a curriculum. What to expect: Learn and master strategies for handling anger when it hits suddenly. Recognize what sets off anger and explore the feelings underneath. Develop confident and positive ways to express yourself. Get support from others who "get it!" Please sign up for our interest list. Date/Time will be determined once we have 5+ members.
