My approach is a client-centered, creative, and collaborative process that incorporates elements of mind- body-spirit to promote full-person wellbeing. I work with my clients to develop a unique treatment plan to best fit their individual situations and needs.

I have a variety of life and professional experiences that include working with children and teens, adults, Elders (65+), couples and families, healthcare and EMS. I am a member of AAMFT, IAMFT, and the Delta Kappa Marriage & Family Therapy International Honor Society.

I am currently unable to take insurance. Fees for services vary depending on session length and location. Typical fees at the Indianapolis or telehealth location are $120 for 50-minute and $180 for 80-minute sessions. Financial assistance available.
