Now accepting new clients! I work with preteens, teens, and adults of all ages. I especially enjoy working with children from age 11 to adults up to age 30. The rapid change that occurs between the ages of 11 and 30 can present unique challenges. When those challenges emerge, therapy can be utilized to foster healthy coping skills and develop an emotional vocabulary that can provide a lifetime of benefits. I embrace meeting the client where they are in their life. Many of the techniques I utilize in therapy can immediately translate to beneficial skills used outside of sessions and throughout life to sustain wellness.
I use evidence-based techniques focused around Cognitive Behavior Therapy. And at appropriate times, I include games, creativity, and nature. In order to foster connections with children and adolescents I stay current with age-relevant mainstream and niche cultures.
