I utilize evidence based interventions including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Together we will identify your unique strengths and develop new skills for you to put into practice.
