My focus is to help a diversity of individuals feel emotionally confident and positive moving from a negative to a positive cycle in their life. I work with stress, anxiety, infidelity, break ups, divorce, boundaries, trauma or other issues. Clients find me practical and caring. I offer both in person and online appointments for flexible and convenient sessions. Availability also includes telehealth on Friday mornings.
From the beginning I have specialized in relationship work whether the relationship is within an individual, a couple, or in a professional (public) life. With 30 years of experience, my non-judgemental, practical and caring approach rapidly can reduce negative reactions to create positive change in relationships.
