I love working with couples! I use techniques to strengthen communication and expressed mutual empathy between partners. I have a special interest in helping mothers- biological, step, and everyone in between. Additionally, I have experience with mood disorders, low self-esteem, attachment ruptures, high-functioning anxiety, blended family issues, and CPTSD.
