I have immediate openings in my schedule in-person in both my Scottsdale and Mesa locations. I am in Scottsdale on Tuesdays and Fridays and in Mesa on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. I have a passion for working with children, adolescents, and teens, and young adults who experience anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship conflicts. I believe that everyone has the capability to heal themselves with the tools they have and with the support of others. Together, we can create a more meaningful and peaceful life for you.
Every human has a unique personality that deserves a place to shine. I love providing a peaceful environment where clients feel safe to express their hopes and fears. I am trained in EMDR and take a trauma informed approach with my clients. I am currently training to be a registered play therapist.
It can be difficult to find a safe space as a parent or a child to let your feelings show and get back to being your silly, unique self! I invite you to be vulnerable and to make the leap as it can be a truly transformative experience.
