I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, life transitions, and self-esteem, to name a few. My primary therapeutic approach is person-centered although I believe being eclectic is key. I am trained in EMDR and incorporate CBT, mindfulness, and other approaches to provide the best treatment for your healing journey.

I love teaching clients coping mechanisms and other tools to manage life challenges. Seeing my clients grow, heal, and gain a new sense of awareness is one of the most rewarding parts of being a counselor.
