I work primarily with teens, college students, and recent college graduates. I also work with adults. I am here to help you work through life transitions, struggles that you may be facing, or unexpected challenges that have popped up in life. My goal is to help you feel comfortable coming to counseling and encourage you to focus on the challenge that brought you in. Life can throw unexpected challenges at us and I would love to help you navigate through the challenges of life successfully.
I have experience working with depression, anxiety, and working through life transitions. When it come to major changes in life it can be exciting but scary all at once. I love helping individuals navigate life changes and build resilience for the future.
