I really enjoy working with individuals and families on issues involving stress and anxiety (Panic Disorder, OCD, Generalized Anxiety, Agoraphobia, etc.), folks dealing with issues related to the Autistic Spectrum, people dealing with adjustments to chronic health issues and their impacts, and relationship concerns ranging from parenting and romantic relationships to family dynamics and interacting with adult children.
Whether solving specific problems, looking for support and understanding, or trying to figure out exactly what has happened to us and how it has impacted us; we'll work together to lower you symptoms, increasing your functioning, and find a place of balance and satisfaction with your life.
Your mental health is just as important as your physical health, and my hope is to give you the tools and support needed to get you to a place of both acceptance and improvement regardless of what you are facing from day to day.
