I aim to connect with you in a genuine, compassionate and non-judgmental way, so you feel safe to explore your deepest fears, hurts, and desires. My goal is to help you break patterns that are holding you back, foster self-development, and learn to have more connected relationships.

I work with adult individuals, couples and families, suffering from relationships issues, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, self-identity, communication issues, grief and complex trauma. This Bimonthly group was designed for mid 20s-30s yr old women to have more connection with other like-minded women to establish more community and connection.
