Healing anxious attachment - process group
This group is designed for those who identify as "anxiously attached" and want to work towards becoming "earned secure". This 8 week group focuses on awareness, how to avoid red flags, how to heal your inner child and self-soothe, how to stop "protest" behavior, and to get real skills to work through attachment anxiety. In person and limited to 6 clients.

Esther Perel says "we are living in the age of AI - Artificial Intimacy. Where I can have 15000 friends on Soical media but no one to feed my cat". This Bimonthly group was designed for mid 20s-30s yr old women to have more connection with other like-minded women to establish more community and connection. The 90 minute sessions are one part - experential and one part - process.
