In my private practice, I have focused working with individuals who are looking to manage anxiety, increase self-esteem, improve boundaries and communication in their relationships with others, learn about themselves and change patterns.
My therapeutic approach is nurturing and tailored to meet you where you are without judgment or pressure. I believe that each person is the expert of their own life, and deserves to be heard and treated with respect.
