Together, we will work to create goals ranging from finding coping strategies, executive function/dysfunction, setting boundaries, or developing self-acceptance. Ultimately, we all deserve a life where we feel empowered, authentic, and able to thrive on our own terms.

I have spent the last 10+ years working with individuals of all ages who are neurodiverse, including ADHD and Autism. I also have extensive experience working with individuals struggling to set boundaries with others.

As someone who understands the unique challenges that come with being neurodiverse, I am here to support you in navigating a world that can often feel overwhelming. I know that finding a space where you feel truly seen and understood is crucial, and my goal is to provide that safe and supportive space for growth.
