Most of us wear many hats daily which can lead us to feeling overstimulated, anxious, and depressed. Sometimes we have an extensive support system but find ourselves unwilling to share vulnerable thoughts and feelings. If you are experiencing anxiety or feeling discontent as a result of change, this is the place for you. I offer culturally sensitive, holistic, evidenced based therapy to help you face change and improve your overall quality of life.

I have extensive experience addressing anxiety, acculturation difficulties, career concerns, communication difficulties, relationship concerns, and gender roles. It can be difficult and frightening to face ourselves and change the behaviors that no longer serve us. I offer my experience as a therapist, 200 hour YT, and Latina-American to support you.

Mental Health is very personal and as such I believe the relationship between client and therapist is essential to seeing progress. However, I want to be clear that my goal is to work with you to reach the best version of yourself via CBT, mindfulness techniques, motivational interviewing, and assertive training.
