I specialize in working with survivors of childhood sexual abuse, military members and their families, and the LGBTQ+ community. I am skills-based, solution-focused, and encourage the mind-body connection. What this means is that I will use metaphors, resources (like podcasts or YouTube videos; video games with youth), and will actively teach you ways to support yourself.
