Person-Centered Expressive Arts Therapy, Mindfulness-based therapies, Relational Cultural Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, Somatic therapies, and psychoeducation all inform and are integral to the approaches I offer you as my client. My style is eclectic, ensuring that we learn and apply practices that resonate and are most supportive to your goals.

I currently offer bilingual (English/Spanish) trauma-informed, person-centered therapy and mindfulness-based therapies at Ever Human Therapy, accompanying and supporting clients in developing coping tools and personal insight, strengthening their sense of agency and empowerment, and deepening trust in themselves.
