I will help you find various ways to manage your anxiety, articulate your thoughts and feelings, heal from trauma, grief/loss, bring understanding of self and relationship dynamics. I specialize in individuals and couples. I use an integrated approach to treatment. Working from an empowerment model, combined action-oriented therapy, expressive arts, and psycho-dynamic therapy to help you understand your anxiety, find healing and communicate your feelings that have become a struggle.

My passion is to help empower you or you and your partner to explore ideas that can't always be expressed in words by engaging in therapeutic activities such as art and creative writing. My desire is to work with you as a unique individual, to help you find what your authentic self is or what works for you as a unique couple.
