My goal as a counselor is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, empowered and safe. Emotions are enrooted in every aspect of life, whether that be stress, anxiety, loneliness or even depression. Together we can work through any obstacle where you can learn and grow. Within this brave space, my goal is to help clients express and be themselves without judgement and with unconditional positive regard. My hope for clients is to work side by side to build on your strengths and understand your journey with the gift of healing and support.
I use an integrative approach to meet your needs in session. I attune my approach to best fit you! I often use a person-centered approach which helps build awareness and promote self-esteem with an openness to experience and growth. Some other approaches I frequently use are Psychoanalytic, CBT, Solution-Focused and Holistic therapy.
I have worked with individuals from children to adults in areas of self-esteem, life changes, PTSD, depression, guilt, trauma, family, anxiety and much more. I work with a diverse population of clients beginning the age of 5, adolescents, and adults.
