I believe everyone can benefit from therapy. I have experience working with children and adults, and my goal is to walk alongside my clients in the collaborative therapeutic process to help them find strength, hope, and healing on their journey.
I use a person-centered and compassion-focused therapeutic approach. I meet my clients where they are, and by working together, we can increase empathy, compassion, and love towards self and others. My goal is to empower clients, help them rediscover their autonomy, and help them learn to see that they are both loved and enough just as they are.
Therapists, like the clients we see, are human beings. We are all people trying to do the best that we can, but life can get heavy at times.
