I enjoy working with people from all walks of life. I'm here to help you (and your family) live the best possible life. I'm ready to work hard with you to adjust to change, cope with trauma, build coping skills around depression, anxiety, and help you see yourself in a more compassionate light. I offer in person sessions on Fridays as well as Telehealth to best meet you where you are.

I offer a wide range of therapeutic approaches to help you set goals and achieve them. I specialize in Structural Family Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy in addition to regular use of CBT and client centered methods. With your lead, I like to take an active role in session allowing for space to process emotions and tools to use outside of sessions.

I'm happy to meet you where you are. I'm excited that you've come this far in researching therapists and I hope to have the privilege to lend my expertise to our professional relationship. Paying for therapy can be difficult and I want to make it accessible to as many as possible.
