Currently accepting new clients! I enjoy getting to know each of my clients and how I can best work with them. I’m passionate about helping people find meaning and purpose in their lives. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, and have a special interest in working with trauma/ PTSD, dissociation and sexual abuse. I currently see client's ages 3 and above.
I am committed to ongoing professional training to staying up to date on evidence based practices. I utilize a strengths based and trauma informed approach. I am certified in EMDR therapy and am an EMDRIA approved Consultant. I also have training in expressive arts therapies (dance/ yoga/ sand tray interventions) and motivational interviewing.
