Welcome! If you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma or trying to navigate life with autism or ADHD, you are not alone. Maybe you want support with managing emotions, recovering from difficult experiences like coercive control or need help with executive functioning. I work with people just like you, and more, who want to feel more in control, understood and at peace. Together we will explore your needs and goals, whether it is reducing anxiety, healing from trauma or developing life strategies that work for your unique brain.
I offer EMDR therapy, Strength based approaches and Parts Work (Ego States) for the healing of past traumatic experiences, using a neurodiverse lens (when appropriate). We will work together to manage the overwhelming challenges that come with anxiety or personality disorders. I will provide a space to heal at your own pace to foster growth and understanding
