Big Feelings: Little Bodies Thursday May 23rd
In this interactive psychologist-led discussion series, parents will reflect on the developmental leaps and unique personalities of their children, as well as learn/practice effective strategies to respond to their needs. As a parent of two preschoolers, child psychologist, Dr. Amy is well-versed in the chaos that accompanies parenting little ones and will help empower you for those daily parenting challenges. Participants will learn to better understand their child and their unique developmental needs; prepare for separations or other challenges with more confidence and ease, and learn emotional regulation strategies.
