I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults, children and adolescents with OCD and other anxiety disorders. I also work with athletes as a mental performance coach. I have experience working with a variety of disorders and adjustment issues in adults and children. I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, Play Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to address these issues and help clients to begin to recover and feel better about the things they are struggling with in daily life. I am able to see clients in-person in my Clarion office and via telehealth for Erie clients.
I currently specilize in the treatment of various anxiety disorders including OCD, Social Phobia, Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorders and specific phobia. I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral approace with the use of Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy to help clients overcome their anxiety disorders.
I am able to see clients with Highmark, Cigna and Mental Health Net and other insurances on a case to case basis. I also use a variety of techniques to help clients to meet their specific goals including utilize home visits to assist in working through the specific anxiety disorders.
