I am an individual therapist who treats adults and adolescents. I help clients to find an effective way to balance life's struggles with feelings of success and competence. My experience living and working overseas--in a number of other cultures--allows me to be very open to how each of us is shaped and influenced by our life experiences. I specialize in a variety of issues, including depression and anxiety, self esteem, relationship issues, parenting, family dynamics, adjustment issues, grief and loss, and trauma.
Many things can keep you from reaching your full potential--low self esteem, anxiety, depression, self sabotage, relationship issues, and guilt. I provide a warm and accepting environment and I can help you to release what is keeping you stuck so you will feel more productive, confident and content.
About me: I am a transplant to Erie--I've lived in the Midwest; as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mali, West Africa; in Washington, DC; and in Geneva, Switzerland. From Switzerland, I moved to Erie with my husband and our three kids. The summers in Erie are the best!!
