All of us experience struggles at some point in our life. Often these struggles begin in childhood and leave negative imprints on our lives for years. Other individuals may have uneventful childhoods, but find themselves struggling in adulthood with unexpected life events such as family and relational issues, death and dying, chronic illness, anxiety and depression, to name a few. I have 30 years of experience working with individuals of all ages and stages of life. I have extensive background in the healthcare setting having seen clients in crisis and at their worst. I have extensive experience working with the bereaved, those who have experienced traumatic loss, and individuals suffering with chronic or terminal illness.
