It has always been my passion to help those gain their full potential in life as I too have been through many challenges like my clients. I am dedicated to helping individuals overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, marriage challenges, stress-management, crisis management & so much more. I not only have personal experience with these but also have clinical experience as well. I help clients meet their goals by examining the connection between how they think, feel (emotionally & physically), behave, & interact in their various environments.
I facilitate growth & change by coaching & teaching meditation, mindfulness skills, how to: restructure thinking, regulate emotions & behaviors, tolerate stress, communicate effectively, set healthy boundaries, as well as processing underlying trauma. These skills will help you on your journey to having a happy, healthy & fulfilling life.
I have a passion for this work and a genuine interest in my clients’ success. When serving clients, I find that having a STRAIGHT-FORWARD approach is often the key to their success which allows them to go deeper and evaluate their issue.
