Finding the right therapist can be daunting, so I'm so glad you're here! I see health in a holistic way, where there are many pieces to what make up our whole well-being. Mental health is one part of that whole, and my hope for you is that we can partner together to get you the support you need to reach your goals in a compassionate way. I believe that we all have strengths, and sometimes it takes a little extra support to help sift through some of the clouds and rediscover them.
I have worked in a variety of therapeutic settings with individuals from all walks of life for over a decade. Some of my specialty areas include anxiety, panic, grief and loss. Holding a safe, warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space is at the core of the work I do. I'm excited to embark on this therapy journey with you!
