Welcome! I specialize in working with couples & individuals looking to deepen their connection with their partners, heal from trauma and develop skills to reduce anxiety and depression. We all come into relationships with our own personal challenges. Over the years, the struggles that we face in our current partnerships can add to past pain. I am here to help individuals and couples heal together, increase their acceptance and understanding of one another and develop communication strategies to move forward feeling seen, heard and connected.
As a seasoned therapist, I specialize in fostering growth and healing within relationships, with a particular focus on couples' dynamics. My approach integrates evidence-based practices to cultivate deeper understanding and connection between partners, nurturing healthier and more fulfilling relationships.
