I enjoy working with a variety of individuals who want to take control of their existing mental health concerns and the stress of everyday life. Working through and processing our inner thoughts, feelings, and behaviors can be a daunting task. We might feel discouraged when we don’t know where to begin. Managing our daily responsibilities and emotions can cause us to overlook or minimize our anxieties and struggles. This can isolate us from authentic connections with ourselves and others, increasing the likelihood of negative coping skills to persist. Through therapy, we are able to find balance and create positive change.
Services include treatment of depression, anxiety, stress, codependency, emotional disturbance & emotion regulation. My interventions and theraputic skills focus on healing from past traumas, developing positive, healthy coping mechanisms, working towards inner-healing, growth, and self-acceptance. I encourage the practice of self-compassion and self-care.
