Thank you for considering me for your therapeutic needs. I work with individuals ages 16 and older. I utilize a therapy dog in sessions who clients have found to be supportive and grounding while speaking about difficult topics. I am happy to work in conjuction with doctors and other care providers to assist you in getting the most comprehensive care possible. My areas of concentration are anxiety and fears, depression, trauma, domestic abuse, parenting issues, anger, and sexual assault. I work from a strengths based perspective which means I will help you identify and use your personal strengths to overcome challenges.
As a certified anger management specialist by the National Anger Management Association I provide anger management group programs which meet court mandated requirements. I am also available to present anger management seminars in the work place. Please contact me for more information.
