Men's Support Group
This is an open ongoing support group to help male-identifying adults feel better supported and connected to the community. In this group, men are welcome to discuss whatever it is they're struggling with including, but not limited to, grief, divorce, addiction, and loneliness. Both insurance (medicaid, cigna, UHC/UMR, aetna, and blue cross/blue shield) and self-pay are accepted. Please reach out to Amanda before joining the group in order to get paperwork completed!

Adult Women's ADHD Group (beginning Aug 7)
This is a 5-week long group for helping women learn how to manage ADHD symptoms, foster self-compassion, and build community with similar women. In this group, you can expect to receive neurodivergent-informed CBT, DBT, and person-centered counseling; Meaning that group members will have an opportunity to learn skills for coping as well as gain therapeutic support from facilitators and group members. If you are struggling with executive dysfunction, sensory overwhelm, and/or social barriers, this group may be perfect for you! Please reach out by August 5th if interested!
