Let's be honest, therapy isn't the first choice for most people. If, however, you are in a place where this might seem like a good option, I'd appreciate the opportunity to work with you. Whether it is personal issues or you're having difficulties with your spouse, significant other, parent, or child(ren). Or, maybe you just need some support with a transition in life. I enjoy working with people from all walks and stages of life and while change is up to you, know that I'm willing to be in your corner along the way. In addition to myself, we have a team of 13 other providers ready and wiling to help in any way we can.
Personally, I've been working with adolescents for over 20 years dealing with diverse issues. Along with this, I collaborate with parents/guardians and siblings who are part of the family system, helping individuals learn to cope, adapt, adjust, to whatever experiences you have faced.
We believe that feeling valued and being treated with respect are essential to building a positive relationship and therapy should be no different.
