With this sense of safety, we can unpack specific traumas and heal your past to help you experience more ease and wholeness in your life.
I strive to help my clients learn to experience and express a full range of emotions utilizing several approaches. These may include ACT, CBT, and EMDR. I also specialize in relationship counseling and providing LGBTQIA+ competent therapy.

This group is an opportunity for men to cultivate more fulfilling relationships with themselves, loved ones, and other men. Guided by the belief that there is no one true way to express masculinity, but there are healthy ways to do so, we will practice new ways of expressing emotions, normalize reaching out for help, and become more emotionally engaged in our relationships. Through self-exploration and receiving the support of others, participants will have the opportunity to experience acceptance, support, and emotional vulnerability in a group setting. Topics will include relationships, masculinity, patriarchy, confidence, sex/intimacy, anger, and emotional awareness.
