Versed in a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Imago Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I typically use a customized mix. Relationships are all around us our entire life, yet we aren’t educated on cultivating, maintaining, troubleshooting, or dissolving them. I make it fun and rewarding!!
