My ideal clients are motivated, resourceful, and looking for personal growth. They want to navigate difficult or complicated transitions or relationships, improve their health and wellness, or manage symptoms of anxiety and depression. They are looking at the next chapter of their life with enthusiasm and maybe some trepidation. They are interested in using their time efficiently in therapy. Ultimately, they want an experienced and qualified therapist who will listen and understand, and help them move towards a life that is meaningful, worthwhile and joyful.
For over 20 years I have worked with adult clients of all ages in a wide variety of settings to address some of life's most difficult challenges. I help clients learn skills and strategies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques to build on their ability to survive and thrive through adversity.
I understand that seeking help can be a big step.
