I would describe myself as an eclectic therapist, meaning I integrate various theoretical orientations to meet your unique needs as a client, but my foundation is relational and attachment-based. It is my belief that the quality of our therapeutic relationship is the most important tool in our work together.

Previous clients have shared that they appreciate my warmth and acceptance, and my clinical experience has focused on working with teens and young adults through themes of identity, self-esteem, and trauma.
