I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Virginia working towards my Perinatal Mental Health Certification . While I have over 15 years of experience helping many clients, my passion is working with women as they navigate major life transitions, and working with women experiencing perinatal mood & anxiety disorders and/or perinatal loss.
In our sessions, we will work collaboratively to create a treatment plan that works for you. I like to approach each individual from a holistic perspective to understand you as a whole person, and not just your challenges.
