Using a holistic, trauma-informed approach, I incorporate elements of mindfulness, somatic therapy, psychodynamic theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I will help you develop skills related to emotion regulation and effective communication to deepen connections, coping, and confidence.
