Welcome. I offer compassionate therapy that helps you disentangle your thoughts and get grounded in your body. I often work with people navigating the transition to parenthood, especially in the context of difficult relationships with their bodies, or with their own parents. I also have special insight into the needs of writers, performers and artists who are struggling to balance their creative practice with their relationships and mental health. My practice is informed by my values, and is non-pathologizing, LGBTQ+ affirming, and aligned with Health at Every Size.

My style is warm, curious and engaged. I believe in the healing power of having a safe space to talk with someone who can help you understand why things may be feeling the way they are feeling. I also get in there alongside you - helping you heal through the use of exploratory questions, mindfulness and somatic work, and the practice of new skills.
