My clients often identify as feeling "stuck." Stuck doing the same things over and over again, stuck wanting to change but struggling to take action. Stuck in a job or in relationships that feel unfulfilling. I work closely with codependency recovery and learning healthy relationships. I most frequently work with adults (18-35) experiencing life transitions, strained or toxic relationships with parents/significant others/self, low self esteem, anxiety and depression (also shows up as poor digestion + sleep). I work closely with the LGBT+ community and provide a safe and inclusive environment for all to show up exactly as they are.
I specialize in the somatic therapy Neuro Emotional Technique, which is an evidence based mind-body technique that taps into your unconscious to decrease the negative "charge" associated with traumatic or stressful memories. We often carry stress in our bodies and NET works to release and neutralize, leaving us feeling more "okay" with life's challenges.
