I created RecoverED, LLC, as a specialty practice exclusively for patients with eating and body image concerns. Having had years of experience treating patients who struggled with disordered eating across all levels of care, I realized that there’s a need for a personalized approach that goes beyond rigid, structured programming and that treatment should be tailored to each individual and their phase of recovery. With a focus on creating a safe and supportive environment, I strive to empower my patients to develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies.

I offer expert, evidence-based treatment for adults ages 18 and up with all eating disorders as well as co-existing medical and mental health conditions. Available services include: monitoring and managing medical complications of disordered eating, nutritional education and counseling; psychiatric medication prescribing and management; and psychotherapy.

If you suffer from anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating, ARFID, other specified eating disorder or if you feel like food has been controlling your life, through personalized treatment recommendations and caring approach, I will work with you to help you achieve sustainable recovery and improve your overall well-being.
