I treat each patient within a holistic frame that includes a review of the biological, psychological, and lifestyle factors that brought them to me: we work together to make a treatment plan. I ask my patients teach me about their mood experiences/symptoms and to share their personal goals. My practice style is Integrative: I combine Osteopathic, Yoga, and Nutrition principles in my work and have specific expertise in psychopharmacology. See below for qualifications/credentials.

The first visit is 75-minutes. HOURS: Mon/Tue evenings and Saturdays, by appointment. I have Clinical and Research expertise in depression, anxiety, and ADHD, with a sub-specialty fellowship in Reproductive Psychiatry. I am a Distinguished Fellow of the APA and trained at Mayo Clinic and NIMH. I creatively use evidence-based treatments for women of most ages during key life transitions.
