Women Emerging From Trauma
Join a support group to process the effects of trauma, gain support, know you're not alone, and learn effective skills to cope with trauma. Whether due to Domestic Abuse, Sexual, Trafficking or chronic childhood traumas, all are able to begin to find safety and support on their healing path. The group therapy is intended to be supportive and educational. An eight person minimum is required.

Burnout for Working Professionals

Burnout can leads to an increase in anxiety, lower levels of life satisfaction, and make it difficult to enjoy life. This support group is meant to provide a safe space for working professionals and help navigate your daily life with more effortlessness and joy.
