The group meets every week, on Wednesdays, for 9 weeks and 10 sessions. The next group will start on August 18th, 2021 at 9:30 am. The MBSR is the most researched program in mindfulness. Research shows evidence of reduced stress, reduced reactivity, and changes in specific areas of the brain after taking the classes and practicing at home. Participants will learn about stress and its influences on physical, behavioral, cognitive, and emotional patterns. Every meeting brings participants closer to their experiences and creates an environment to facilitate the learning of new habits.
