You forget to journal throughout your week and when you remember, you find yourself staring fruitlessly at a blank page. Sound familiar? In this Mindfulness Journal Group, you will learn all about journaling, the benefits of it and various types of journaling. In a shared creative space using narrative therapy you will have the support of a group experience in developing solid journaling habits.
