Your mindful meditation & relaxation group will utilize focused breathing, guided meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, aromatherapy and (optional) NADA 5 point auricular acupuncture (Acudetox) for relaxation, overall stress relief, anxiety reduction and a decrease in urges and cravings.

So, someone you know or your therapist recommends journaling, you hear journaling is good for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing but you are not sure exactly how to do it. You forget to journal throughout your week and when you remember, you find yourself staring fruitlessly at a blank page. Sound familiar? In this Mindfulness Journal Group, you will learn all about journaling, the benefits of it and various types of journaling. In a shared creative space using narrative therapy you will have the support of a group experience in developing solid journaling habits.
