Carnation Teen DBT Skills Group
Are you a teen struggling with stress, conflict, depression, self-harm or intense emotions? Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) can help! DBT is a evidence-based therapy covering 4 modules of skills: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and regulation skills. This group is offered in a peaceful cottage on a horse farm, the perfect setting for learning mindfulness skills, and finding relaxation and calm.. Cost: $70/session, with payment due in full at the start of each 8-week module. It is recommended but not required that members go through each of the modules twice to learn and practice the skills.

This group is offered in an inviting and warm cottage located on a horse farm, some outdoor sessions as weather allows.
