About

Egon Dejonckheere, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist and post-doctoral researcher at the research group Quantitative Psychology and Individual Differences (KU Leuven, Belgium). In his research, he makes use of experience sampling methodologies, a data collection method in which participants are instructed to report on their momentary emotional experience multiple times a day. Dr. Dejonckheere investigates how positive and negative emotions unfold over time in patients with Major Depressive Disorder, and how this is informative for their future psychological well-being.
